Estou na aula do MBA.. Tentei acordar cedo, como tenho feito todos os dias, mas nao consegui, entao nao consegui malhar.. Vou tentar malhar no final do dia!
É muito chato estar acima do peso e eu CANSEI disso! Eu estou determinada a mudar. Nao tenho a pretensao de ficar magerrima, mas quero ficar com um corpo saudavel, q qq roupa me sirva bem. E faltam uns 30kg, mas coloquei na minha cabeca q aos poucos eu chego la. De nada adianta passar fome 4 dias e devorar tudo q ve pela frente no 5o. dia. Por isso, vou focar em perder peso de forma gradual. Tenho me alimentado bem, tanto em qualidade e quantidade. Anoto tudo em um contador de calorias e nao me permito passar de mil calorias por dia, mesmo final de semana!! Exercicio tenho feito 4 ou 5 vezes na semana. Exercicios compativeis com meu peso e condicionamento atuais. Nao adianta me acabar de malhar num dia e nao conseguir nem levantar no dia seguinte.
É isso, mudei pq do jeoto q tava nao dava resultado. Agora, mesmo q pouco, estou vendo resultados. Uma calca mais larguinha, uma blusa mais folgadinha.... Mesmo q lento, eh possivel. Se eu perder 1 kg por semana, ta otimo. Melhor q perder 4 kg por semana e engordar tudo de novo em um mes. De grao em grao....
