E o sacrifício vale a pena quando a gente sobe na balança e vê -3,2 kg!! Em 12 dias. Tá bom, né? Mas acho que eu ficaria muito P da vida se não tivesse resultado.... pois estou fazendo MUITO sacrifício. MESMO.
Peguei a bike hergométrica e já montei (meu marido montou hehehehe). Hoje, pedalei 40 minutos - 8km. Fiquei ESGOTADA. Mesmo sem resistência, fiquei muito cansada e com dores nas pernas. Isto significa 2 coisas: que o exercício foi bom, mas que eu estou totalmente sem preparo físico. Espero que isso melhore. Vou continuar pedalando para ganhar resistência, preparo e, obviamente, emagrecer, que é o meu objetivo.
Agora, estou cheeeia de sono, pois acordei às 5h para pedalar....
